I was very impressed. Meeting recording and the summary was very good. Pretty minimal amount of adjustments made to the summary. I had a play around with setting up a template for this type of meeting, so it should be easier next time. Seemed to be easy to use and the language was concise and to the point (probably a lot more concise compared to my own file notes!). It would have saved me about 30 minutes to complete plus a reduction in the mental load.

Marloo is proving a great tool. Quick and accurate summaries follow from meetings and importantly, this AI support is readily accepted by our mainly professional clientele.

I know we haven't met yet but I have been using Marloo since May. Recently I completed an online workshop with someone who used Read.ai record the meeting and make notes that were sent out to all of us. I got creative and copied the transcript into Marloo to see the difference in the output, I was staggered. Marloo was concise, clearly set out and abundantly more useful to me than the mess that had come out of Read.

It’s hard to explain the relief Marloo brings. It turned the most dreaded part of my day into something quick and even enjoyable. I used to feel stuck in a treadmill of notes and compliance. The way that Marloo can take a template and create its own version in a few minutes is absolutely brilliant. From using both approaches it definitely benefits to really perfect the template and instructions within the template. I've found if you get this right then there is very little that required editing or things to ask Marloo to adjust.

Worked perfectly, thank you Hardy. Once uploaded, I then went to Ask Marloo AI and asked it to provide a full breakdown of their cash accounts, which it did perfectly. I then just copied and pasted that into the summary. Very, very easy. You guys have built an incredible product!

We thought our existing AI notetaker was great… until we used Marloo. It's a 100% step up in quality, speed and ease of use. The customisable templates are a gamechanger and so easy to use. We've moved the whole Financial Planning team to Marloo.

The most important consideration of using a new product is the attitude, work ethic and attentiveness of the team behind it. Both the output of the product and Shak have significantly exceeded expectations. Shak works tirelessly to listen to feedback and customise the product so that it works exactly how I need it to work to fit my processes and business. The product itself listens and picks up logic better than any other note taker I have trailed and is continuously improving. The best thing about it is that I can customise the content it picks up and the templates of the summary it provides. Without this functionality, I have found other AI notetakers assume the same level of relevance of a discussion around the weather vs risk profiling. The flexibility has now extended to the ability for me to prepare Records of Advice following a client meeting. Marloo is already saving me a considerable amount of time, and I only expect that to increase as we become more familiar with AI and incrementally leverage it further.
