1. Your Agreement

Welcome to the Marloo Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which create a binding agreement between you ("Referrer") and Marloo Ltd. ("Marloo," "we," "us").

2. Key Parties & Definitions

• "You" / "Referrer": An existing Marloo user on a paid plan who refers someone to us.
• "They" / "Referred Professional": The new professional you refer to Marloo.
• "We" / "Us" / "Marloo": Our company, Marloo Ltd.
• Unique Referral Link: The personal link we provide you to track your referrals.
• Qualified Demo: A product demo that meets the rules in Section 4.1.
• Paid Conversion: A new paid subscription that meets the rules in Section 4.2.
• Reward: The cash payment you can earn for a successful referral.

3. Who Can Participate (Eligibility)

To participate, you must be a Marloo user with an active, paid subscription in good standing. The program is not open to Marloo employees or their families. You cannot refer to yourself or your own company.

4. How to Earn Rewards

You can earn a total of 100 units of the Referred Professional's local currency (e.g £100, AU100,NZ100) for each successful referral. The Reward is paid in two parts:

4.1. Part 1: 50 units of local currency for a Qualified Demo You earn the first Reward when a Referred Professional meets all of these conditions:

• They sign up for a demo using your Unique Referral Link.
• They attend the full, scheduled demo with our team.
• Following the demo, they sign up and create a Marloo user account.
• We confirm they are a "Verified Professional" (e.g., Financial Adviser, Planner).

4.2. Part 2: 50 units of local currency for Paid Conversion You earn the second Reward when the Referred Professional's company meets all of these conditions:

• They have completed the full sign-up process in the app.
• They enter valid payment details.
• They successfully pay their first monthly subscription invoice.
• They successfully pay their second consecutive monthly subscription invoice. This confirms the account is active and makes the Reward final.

5. Referring Firms

We reward you for every paying user you bring to Marloo. If you refer a firm, you will earn the Paid Conversion Reward for each individual team member who becomes a paying user, subject to the cap below.

5.1. Maximum Reward Cap To keep our program sustainable, the total reward for all users from a single referred company is capped at the value of a six-month, single-user subscription (e.g £594, AU$594,NZ$594).

6. Getting Paid

• Notification: We'll email you when you've earned a Reward.
• Payout: Rewards are paid via bank transfer. We will provide secure instructions for you to submit your bank details. For security and compliance, we may need to see a bank statement to verify your identity.
• Timing: We process payments within 30 days after a Reward becomes final.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes on the Rewards you earn.

7. Program Rules

• Valid Links: A referral only counts if your Unique Referral Link is used.
• Prohibited Activities: Do not spam or post your link on public coupon or deal websites. The program is for sharing with your professional network.
• Fraud: We reserve the right to disqualify you and void any referrals and/or rewards if we suspect fraud (e.g fake accounts, self-referrals). Our decisions on fraud are final.
• Changes: We may change or end the Program at any time. Referrals made before any changes will be honoured under the terms that were active at that time.
• Disputes: Marloo will have the final say in any disputes about the program or rewards.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
