The role

We're looking for a high-energy generalist to own the full customer journey in the UK market. You'll work directly with Hardy (co-Founder/co-CEO) and Jack (UK Product Lead) to deliver exceptional demos, onboard new customers, drive conversion to paid users, and ensure every customer gets maximum value from Marloo.

Right now, our small UK team is smashing sales and customer success, but Jack's time is increasingly pulled towards product as we scale. We need someone who can step in, own the customer experience end-to-end, and help us maintain the momentum we've built.

This role sits at the intersection of sales and customer success. You'll be the face of Marloo for prospects and customers alike: running high-quality demos, solving problems, introducing new features, and doing whatever it takes to help advisers succeed with our product.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver compelling demos: Run product demonstrations at high volume, tailoring Marloo's value to each prospect's specific needs and workflow. Convert warm leads and inbound interest into paying customers
  • Own customer onboarding: Take new users from sign-up to first value as quickly as possible. Build confidence, remove friction, and set customers up for long-term success
  • Drive conversion and retention: Support customers through their journey from trial to paid, addressing questions, demonstrating ROI, and ensuring they're getting genuine value from Marloo
  • Customer success and support: Be the trusted partner for UK customers post-sale. Introduce new features, run check-ins, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer is set up to win
  • Build momentum: Find creative ways to engage the market - whether that's events, webinars, customer advocacy, or new outreach strategies. Help us refine what works and scale what's winning
  • General pitching in: We're building a team of highly empowered doers. Everyone pitches in on the random tasks that pop up along the way

You're a fit if:

  • You have 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment (consulting, startups, sales, customer success, or similar roles)
  • You're a natural communicator who can connect product features to real business outcomes and build genuine relationships with customers
  • You thrive in ambiguity and see it as an opportunity to shape processes, experiment, and make your mark
  • You have a genuine hustle mentality - you're proactive, resourceful, and willing to do whatever it takes to help customers and the business succeed
  • You're ambitious, coachable, and have high learning velocity. We'll teach you what you need to know about financial advice
  • You want direct exposure to building and scaling a company from the ground up
  • You're comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting priorities quickly as the business evolves
  • Willing to prioritise in-person collaboration in our London office. Also able to travel internationally as needed
  • You have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Nice to have:

  • Prior high-growth startup experience
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial advice (but not required - we care more about drive and ability to learn)
