About Marloo
Marloo is an AI-assistant that empowers financial advisers to focus on what matters: building client relationships and growing revenue. We are building an AI-native system of record to shift advisers from "doers" to "reviewers" by being hyper-specialised for financial advice.
This position functions as an extension of the founding team, handling high-priority initiatives focused on go-to-market expansion across ANZ and customer engagement. The role offers flexibility to shape responsibilities within the scope of "whatever it takes to help Marloo grow."

What you'll do
Generalist problem-solving
Act as a full-stack operator with bias toward action, managing multiple competing priorities independently with speed and enthusiasm.
Go-to-market
Address mission-critical scaling obstacles including funnel optimisation, outreach refinement, and demo improvements. Develop creative momentum-building strategies such as customer/prospect events.
Customer success & intelligence
Lead high-impact projects supporting customer adoption while gathering feedback to inform product development.
General pitching in
We're building a team of highly empowered doers. Everyone pitches in on the random tasks that pop up along the way.
